This is the second podcast on anger so i want to talk this time about the anger scale. The angus scale is about the most useful tool that I’ve used over the years to assist people to become more conscious of their anger. The idea of this is to get people to recognize their beginning to feel angry or their angers at a low level so that they can manage it before it goes through the roof. When it’s gone through the roof your anger will hurt people. It’s about knowing your anger and where it comes from.
