Concerns over children as Z Energy mulls Wicked Campers ban

Z Energy’s chief executive says the company does not want to act as a moral judge but will listen to customer views on what is offensive, particularly in relation to children.
On Wednesday, the dual-listed company, which provides about one third of New Zealand’s fuel supplies and operates more than 200 fuel stations, floated the idea of refusing service to Wicked Campers.
If the firm refused to serve tourists and backpackers it would mark the first time a hire company has been banned from filling up at the pumps in New Zealand.
